Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

Dani’s Brazilian Kitchen offers frozen Brazilian cheese bread for local pickup and delivery within eligible areas of Metro Atlanta, Georgia. We currently do not offer nationwide or international shipping.
Pickup and delivery options
Available pickup locations, delivery options, fees, and fulfillment dates or time windows will be provided at checkout or agreed with you before payment.

Pickup is available only at the location and time confirmed for your order. Local delivery may be completed by our team or a third-party courier.
Order fulfillment
We will fulfill your order within the timeframe communicated when you place it. If we become unable to meet that timeframe, we will contact you promptly with a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unfulfilled portion for a refund.

If you do not agree to the revised timeframe, we will cancel the unfulfilled portion and issue a refund, including applicable taxes and related delivery charges.
Receiving your order
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and arrange to receive your order during the confirmed delivery window. Because our products require frozen storage, unattended delivery must be agreed with us in advance.

If an incorrect address, lack of access, or your unavailability prevents delivery, we will contact you to discuss available options. Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed and agreed before another attempt.

If we or our delivery provider cause a delivery failure, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Storage and handling
Place frozen products in the freezer promptly after receipt and follow the storage and baking instructions provided with your order.

If products arrive damaged or you have concerns about their temperature or safety, do not consume them. Contact us promptly under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
