Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dani’s Brazilian Kitchen, we want you to enjoy your order. If something goes wrong, please contact us at danisbraziliankitchen@gmail.com or (404) 640-1840, including your name and order number.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before we begin preparing it for fulfillment. Once preparation has begun, cancellation requests are subject to approval. Orders cannot be canceled after pickup or dispatch for delivery, except where required by law or otherwise provided in this policy.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the items we cannot provide, including applicable taxes and related delivery charges.
Returns and order issues
Because our products are perishable foods, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for a change of mind after pickup or delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect or missing items, or presents a quality or food safety concern, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt. Include photographs if available. This requested reporting period does not limit your rights under applicable law.

If we supplied an incorrect, damaged, or unsafe product, you may choose a refund for the affected items or a replacement at no additional charge, subject to availability. We will also refund any applicable taxes and delivery charges attributable to the affected items. Please do not consume any product that appears unsafe.

Problems caused solely by improper storage or handling after receipt do not qualify for a refund, except where required by law.
Refund processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days after approval, or sooner if required by law. Refunds required by law for unfulfilled orders will be issued within the applicable legal deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
